Step 1:
Outline Your Needs
After we have received your enquiry. Our specialist care Team will discuss your requirements, information on the services that can be offered as well as the costs outline will then be provided.
Step 2:
Assessor Home Visit
A visit from Elite Medical Assessor will be arranged to your home to undertake a care risk assessment. A full-cost care package will be offered following the visit.
Step 3:
Finalise Care Package
Your care plan will be finalized with the service user and family if applicable. Extra training will be provided for staff if that applies to the service user depending on the care needs to make out care suitable to all our service users.
Step 4:
Service Commences
Your Service Commences.
